About us
At Empty Barrel Distillery, we set out to create more than a place to enjoy handcrafted spirits; we set out to craft an experience. What began as a shared vision between both Tim and Shane has evolved into the restoration of two historic Main Street buildings, where character meets refined design. Every detail, from the small-batch spirits to the atmosphere itself, reflects our commitment to history, craftsmanship, and community. This is the Empty Barrel experience, and we’re honored to share it with you!
